12"x18" Modern Perpetual Plaque (12 Plates)

Description:
A custom made genuine walnut modern plaque with a floating 11" x 17" acrylic panel holding 12 silver perpetual plates (1½"x3") with a large silver header. The header plate supports full color text/logos (Except for white).

Back Board: (Optional)
Picture Features a 12"x18" genuine walnut board that can be easily hung on a wall. (If "none" is selected, we will include the four mounting brackets that can be used as floating wall mounts to give the plaque a modern appeal.) You can purchase the plaque with the walnut back board for +$150. 

Perpetual Plates:
12 Blank perpetual plates are included. They can be engraved for an additional cost.
